Dosing
Phase One (6 weeks)
Dosing for phase 1 vial
- Pull 0.25mL (25cc) dose into a syringe and administer, (subcutaneous injection) once a week, for four weeks
- On week 5 Pull 0.5mL (50 cc) dose into a syringe and administer, (subcutaneous injection) once a week for 2 weeks
Phase Two (6 weeks)
Dosing for Phase 2 Vial:
- Pull 0.5mL (50cc) dose into a syringe and administer, subcutaneous injection
- Once a week for 2 weeks. If weight loss plateaus titrate to 5 mg dose below
- Pull 1 mL (100cc) dose into a syringe and administer, subcutaneous injection once a week for 4 weeks
- After week 12 you will continue on to Phase Three Tirzepatide.
